Since 2003 involved in international projects financed by European Commission (INTERREG, European Research Area Framework Programmes, PHARE). recently involved in activities of Industry Contact Point – Digital Transformation.

Experienced and goal-driven manager with a track record of organizing solutions and project teams that deliver significant economic benefits back to the organization. On the 12th of June 2011 received PhD degree in economics at the University of Economics in Poznan (Department of International Competitiveness). In year 2012 participated in TOP 500 Innovators Programme in Science management and commercialization at Stanford University (Stanford Center for Professional Development). During stay at Stanford and after coming back to Poland acquired broad knowledge about innovation management, technology and science transfer, design thinking, creativity-supporting techniques and the process of fostering innovation development in organizations.
